As an organisation we should inspire to instil good values, values that are  reality based, socially constructive, immediate and controllable and do what ever it takes to diminish bad values, which are superstitious, socially destructive and not immediate or controllable.

The values of an organisation serve three purposes - they provide guidelines for acceptable and unacceptable behaviours, they support the organisation in creating the future it wants to experience, and they provide direction for decision making.


Cultural capital is viewed as the new frontier of competitive advantage - it is the key differentiator between a good company and a great company, and between success and failure.


For sustainable high performance levels within organization, the culture must be monitored through the monitoring and measurement of individual and collective causal performance indicators (values and behaviours). 


4C  Assessment
